RECOMMENDATION:
THAT the detailed unaudited financial statement for the period ending January 31, 2021 be received and accepted as presented and a summary attached hereto.

Accounts Payable Cheque Registry

RECOMMENDATION:
THAT payment of the accounts represented by cheques #22758 to #22785 and #780-Man to #799-Man totalling $101,126.81, and payroll vouchers #1820 to #1843 totalling $21,638.14, be approved as presented and the payment registers for all payments attached hereto.

RECOMMENDATION:
THAT the bank reconciliation report as of December 31, 2020 be received and accepted as information.

Sewer Line Extension

COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE RECOMMENDATION:
THAT the request from Wheatbelt Sales to install sewer service to their property at Block G Plan 80H09004 at the Town’s cost be denied.
8.II.

Highway 35 Speed Zone Review

COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE RECOMMENDATION:
THAT Administration submits a request to the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure to move the north speed zone on Highway 35 out further and create a longer transition zone, and furthermore, that the request be submitted with a letter of support from the RCMP.

Snow Clearing, Removal, and Ice Control Policy Draft

COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE RECOMMENDATION:
THAT TS-002 Snow Clearing, Removal, and Ice Control Policy be approved as presented.
