RECOMMENDATION:
THAT the agenda be approved as presented, and a copy attached hereto.

THAT we recess, and deliberations continue in a closed meeting at 6:00 pm to 7:58 pm as per Part III Sections 15(b)(ii) of The Local Authority of Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act regarding personnel items with those being present Mayor Ashley Kolach, Deputy Mayor Marcus Elphinstone, Councillor Marty Byman, Councillor Warren Ziola, Councillor Sheldon Mychan, Councillor Spencer Turkenburg, Director of Operations Shawn Doherty and CAO Anna Lazar.

THAT Council rise from the closed meeting and reconvene the Regular meeting at 7:59 pm.
