Wadena & District Museum – Vintage Days

The Wadena & District Museum, in conjunction with the Town of Wadena Centennial celebrations, is hosting their annual Vintage Days at 12:00 pm on Sunday, August 5th at the museum grounds located just south of Wadena on Highway 35. Admission is $5.00 per person.

The fun begins with threshing, plowing, wool spinning demonstrations, hay rides, reindeer, children’s activities and old time music, just to name a few of the activities. The Archaeology Caravan will be there with free hands-on crafts and activities and the museum’s many exhibits will be open to the public. Watch for the arrival of “Scotty” the T. rex exhibit which will be arriving on July 25th. A concession featuring homemade pie will be on site.
